RETURN POLICY

We have a strict return policy for all items purchased from Wanted and Wild. We are happy to answer to any questions you have prior to your order to help with your selection. If you need to return your item, it will need to be sent back to us at the buyers expense and we will issue a store credit within 14 days of purchase.

Please note: We do not offer refunds for change of mind purchases.

We require that the garment is unworn with all tags attached in original condition with a proof of purchase included with your return. 

Once the item has been returned and approved we will issue you a store credit and it will be emailed directly to you. 

If the garment has been be worn or not approved for return, the cost of postage to send it back is at the buyers expense.

You will need to send the item back to:

Or drop into the store with your garment and receipt.

If an item is priced incorrectly we reserve the right to withdraw it from sale. 

We do not refund for change of mind purchases, but will issue a credit note valid for 12 months.

We do not exchange books, accessories or fragrances.

Sale items are final and will not be exchanged or refunded for change of mind purchases.

A refund will only be issued if the item is deemed faulty by Wanted and Wild. All faulty items must be sent back to us for inspection.

Return postage costs will be at the buyer's expense unless the item is incorrect from the original order.
