EXCHANGE / RETURN POLICY

We want you to be happy with your purchase so if your item is not suitable or you need another size we are happy for you to return your item for a store credit within 14 days of purchase.

We require that the garment is unworn with all tags attached in original condition with a proof of purchase included with your return. 

Once the item has been returned and approved we will issue you a store credit and it will be emailed directly to you. 

You will need to send the item back to:

Wanted and Wild - Shop 4/13-17 Gymea Bay Rd and Warburton Street Gymea 2227

Or drop into the store with your garment and receipt.

If an item is priced incorrectly we reserve the right to withdraw it from sale. 

We do not refund for change of mind purchases, but will issue a credit note valid for 12 months.

Sale items are final and will not be exchanged or refunded for change of mind purchases.

A refund will only be issued if the item is deemed faulty by Wanted and Wild. All faulty items must be sent back to us for inspection.

Return postage costs will be at the buyer's expense unless the item is deemed faulty or incorrect from the original order.
